The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The communication was very bad from the beginning. Friday pickup got delayed to Saturday. Driver didn't show up on Saturday and failed to notify me until I reached out to ask why she wasn't there. So the pickup time got pushed back again to Sunday. I began reaching out to driver several hours prior to pickup time and got no response. I didn't get any communication about the third delay until after scheduled pickup time. We use lots of shippers on this site. This one is among the least reliable

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The driver has not shown up 18 hours after she originally said that she would pick the puppy up. We work with animal delivery companies all the time so we are aware that things can happen to delay pickup and we are typically very understanding about that. But the driver has not one single time proactively reached out to me to advise me of the delays and rarely responds when I initiate the contact. Incredibly unprofessional.

I was in contact with shipper and the pickup date that i gave a quote for was a pickup on 11/16 and delivery on 11/17. They were upset that I didn't show up on the 15th. I let them know I was 2 hrs away because I had a last min rescue (which was on the way to them) and they cancelled and said that they were going with their original plan. I let them know if they change their minds let me know within the 2 hrs and they never did.
