Who can access and use uShip Carrier Perks?
Any registered service provider on uShip. Account must be in good standing and not suspended.
Do I have to use ALL the perks or can I pick and choose?
You are welcome to use one or all of the perks offered. There is no requirement to use them all. More perks will be added so check back for more discounts and offers.
Will my perks still work if my account gets suspended or I stop using uShip?
Your registration with perk partners is separate from uShip so therefore your uShip account status has no bearing on those perk accounts.
I’m not getting the per-gallon discount promised by Upside. Why is that?
Several factors impact per-gallon savings, including the state or city of fill-up, the fuel brand, current market rates, and the station location itself. (more here)
What’s the difference between a fuel card and a fuel cash back app?
Upside’s fuel card gives you maximum saving flexibility since there is a wide number of stations in the program, which is great if you’re traveling nationwide with no standard route or regular stops. Upside’s fuel cash back app gives you savings at participating fuel stations, convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants, which works best if you have a regular route that involves stops at the same stores or fuel stops.
Will uShip display my activity and how much I’m saving?
uShip’s perk providers, not uShip, will provide a monthly record of your activity (and savings where applicable). The one exception to this is for In-Home Delivery transporters who receive a monthly rebate when they hit key delivery milestones.
