Studio Apartment Moving Services

Needing to move 10 boxes from Rockville, MD to Atlanta, GA before 11/18/18  

Total Length 44” x Width 32” x Tall 34” x Approximate weight 90lbs.  

 

I have 2 TV’s, a queen sized bed (headboard, frame, mattress and pillow top), an office chair, and 3-4 medium sized boxes (kitchen items, hats, clothes) that need to be picked up from a storage unit that is on the ground level. A pallet jack will be needed (you can rent one for the day from Home Depot for around $25 if you don’t have one) to remove a pallet from the storage unit in order to get to the items listed above. I then need the items delivered and carried up to an apartment on the 2nd floor. The TV’s are already packaged up in larger boxes. Please make sure that your quote includes the price to walk inside the storage unit and get the items listed. The shipment must also be fully insured.  

 

moving from small place in NC to studio apartment in Philadelphia, PA. move-in scheduled for Monday, Oct 29. must happen within specific hours designated by apartment building, 10am-4pm. looking for the easiest way to make that happen.  

This is a shipment of my mother’s personal things. She passed away and my stepfather has remarried and his new wife is redecorating. Total shipment: Roll top,desk 44x2545, est weigh 150lbs Small bookcase 18x9x72; est weight 25lbs Cedar chest 44x18x22, est weight 200lbs Wicker desk 30x18x31,est weight 25 lbs Boxes: 40to 50, approx 136 cubic feet, weight unknown  

I have been given the honor of helping my Mom & her sister ship these items - please bear with me. There are 20 plastic storage totes and one 43" x 33" picture. The combined total weight of all items is 460 lbs. The 6 gray totes are 20"x14"x13". The 3 navy blue totes are 20"x12"x15". The 3 turquoise totes are 24"x19"x17". The 8 totes with pink lids are 24"x17"x13". My aunt in Florida is available for pick up all day on Mondays and Tuesdays and before 10:00am Wednesday through Sunday. My mom in Indiana is available for delivery any day at a reasonable time. Thank you, Dave

14-16 cardboard boxes about 14”x14” standing mirror, vaccum, iron board, step stool, 2 duffel bags, sewing machine, pillows, comforter set, desk, printer, dining table and 4 chairs, hutch, small side table, mattress & pad. Everything pictured is ready and in garage. Bikes pictured not coming. My budget is $800.  

 

 

About 8 feet tall by 4 feet wide by 2 feet depth the end pieces on either side 8 feet tall by 2 feet wide by 2 feet depth total 3 pieces would prefer white glove treatment  

I would appreciate your help! I don't think there will be any furniture to move, if so only small things. No huge items.  

Apartment in NY has large elevator so no need to carry items up stairs.  

 

 

 

Moving from 2nd floor to 2nd or third floor (still applying for both apartments). From Brooklyn address to Brooklyn address approximately 15 minutes driving distance. Queen bed, large dresser, med desk (midcentury modern must be handled with care), 2 small desk chairs, 1 ikea lounge chair, 2 trunks, 1 ikea shelf unit 6"Hx 12"Wx12L, bike, nightstand, nesting end tables (midcentury modern must be handled with care), folding dining table (midcentury modern must be handled with care), small floor lamp, 3 rugs that are 2' x 2'5" ; 3'5 ' x 6'3" ; 4'8" x 7'3" and about 15-20 boxes. Depending on where I end up renting I may NOT TAKE the bed, bike, and desk, which substantially decreases the number of large items. Also, one location I can move in anytime between 10/26 and 10/31. The other location I can't move in until 10/31. So, I am not sure of my moving date yet.  

small bookcase is 36"w xapprox. 36"tall x13" deep. Desk has glass shelves which will be packed/wrapped. Light desk frame aluminum 40"(H)x57 1/2"(W) x24"(D). Office chair -basic high back black fake leather office chair on wheels; bicycle is adult male street bike; roughly 10 total medium sized boxes/tubs.None of the tubs are massive. One is longer under the bed kind that is approx. 34” long by 15” wide and 6” tall. The rest are about: 24” x 16” and 13” deep. +/- May throw clothes in couple trash bags. We can have everything on first floor at pickup; you can drop all on first floor or garage of destination house and we will carry upstairs. Easy move. Both have short carry to curb. No parking issues; residential streets without restrictions. Short carry curb to garage/house.
