Storage unit, size 10x5, is on a second floor. Everything is packed and ready to move. Blanket wrap all large items not boxed.  

the patio set is wooden adirondack 1 loveseat 53/42/39, two chairs under 50 lbs each, small table 15/15/20; riding lawnmower 68/48/56, approx 610lbs; trailer (riding mower attachment - selected as table, picnic) 68/29/36 approx 83lbs; snowblower 57/36/33 approx 300lbs (selected as push lawnmower - didn't see snowblower option). UPDATE; photos added. snowblower photo is a close example not exact. 4 Adirondack patio items updated (no footrest). some weights added. Preferred pickup between 9/29-10/4. delivery date is open.  

Light load primarily consisting of 6 medium boxes, one small coffee table, a lightweight electronic keyboard/piano, and a vacuum. I might have 2-3 additional lightweight items (small carpet, small box, bag of clothes). I will try to fit these in the boxes. They do not represent much bulk.

9 standard Home Depot moving boxes: (3) medium boxes (20 in. L x 16 in. W x 15 in. D) (1) Wardrobe (20 in. L x 20 in. W x 34 in. D) (5) large boxes (27 in. L x 15 in. W x 16 in. D) You will need to supply a COI to enter the building for pick up. NYC - apartment, service elevator, no stairs. CA - residential house no stairs.  

This is a ground level storage unit with drive up access. Unit is not full and consists of a sectional sofa, 2 outdoor wicker benches, a small outdoor iron table and 3 chairs, some pictures, some outdoor ornaments and a couple small misc items. These are items leftover from our move that did not fit. I used a uhaul trailer that measures 6x12 to transport all of this to the unit and everything fit. Nothing too heavy. Being that this is a drive up unit, it will all load up quickly and easily. *** KEYS FOR UNIT WILL BE FEDEXED OVERNIGHT TO TRANSPORTER ONCE SHIPMENT IS ACCEPTED.***

Items will be P/U from a Storage Unit (2nd floor) AND a few items Owner will bring to P/U. Owner will be present to identify specific items from storage unit. Items to be delivered to NYC Apt. on 30th Floor. P/U M-F 8am - 4pm. DELIVERY M-F 8am - 3pm ONLY (no weekends or holidays). 2nd floor apartment to 525 East 83rd Street, New York, NY 10028 Minimal stuff being moved for 1 person.  

 

There is a small rug 5x8 The computer monitor in one of the images above Till need to be wrapped well. The bed and desk are from West Elm and can be taken apart if you want to do that. There really isn't much, but the bed, desk and glass bedside table need to be packed "white glove". Both destinations have elevators.
