8 Lg boxes 18inX18inX24in. There is an elevator in the pick up building and 4 stairs don in the drop off building.  

 

Moving Mom to much smaller apartment - not taking appliances or any large living room furniture. So - mostly bedroom furniture as indicated above - and boxes of clothes, dishes, etc. House is 1-story and apartment has elevator  

 

 

My stuff from grand mother.  

 

All items fit into a 5’ x 10' storage unit. Items include a portable steam machine (3 ft tall), wooden art easel, one (1) mirror box 37"x4"x27".  

Children's toys, 3 strollers.  

 

 

 

 

These items are mostly boxes - about 30, ranging from small, medium and large uHaul boxes. There is also 1 headboard and 1 dining table (already disassembled) with 4 chairs in the storage unit. There is an elevator in both buildings.

Shown in the photos are most of the bigger items that are in the shipment. There are boxes and bins in the closet (last photo) and there might be a handful more after the estate sale is over. There are no couches or big furniture. Might have one double mattress if it does not sell in the estate sale (it was very expensive when purchased so I might keep it if it doesn't sell). Loose items in the last photo will be boxed before shipment except for the floor fan (I marked that as a floor lamp in the inventory). Boxes are just estimated because I am not in Sun City to count. I will purchase furniture blankets to wrap all of the unboxed items (except for the chests/wooden crate). Jukebox weighs approx. 375pounds. I do not have it crated but will be bubble wrapped and blanketed before it gets picked up. Does have wheels so it needs to be strapped down or blocked in so it does not move inside. Please ask me any questions!

Most of my furniture and miscellaneous items will have been moved by the time of move. I anticipate maybe 15 individual items that I can not move on my own. I want to make sure that you understanding that the price should INCLUDE the labor of at least 2 movers. I cannot move the heavier items myself.
