Pick up: - 5th floor, Fright Elevator, Long Distance to Freight Elevator, Very Large Moving Carts, Pick up can be schedule anytime from June 17 to June 19. Delivery: - 37th floor, Move-in deck, Freight Elevator, Short Distance to Unit from Freight Elevator - It is required by building that I quote: "Movers/Delivery Companies will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance reflecting St. James Associates, JV and Scully Management Company as Certificate Holders." - The freight elevator is reserve for June 20th, 12:00 to 17:00.  

 

7 pieces of furniture and 17 medium plastic totes (19 gal) with latching lids.  

Not a lot of furniture.  

Will pay in full via Amex. Looking to arrange ASAP. Household is already packed and ready to go. Everything fit into one bedroom with room to spare. Approximately 30 boxes, one dresser, and one full bed. A few odds and ends.  

 

 

 

There is no furniture just approx 35 boxes. Both houses are ranch style so no stairs. I had a previous listing but that expired as I didn’t have the exact date of pickup. It’s not set for 6/4  

I have lots of boxes as seen in picture( one Lazy Boy Chair and Ottoman covered in red; one sage green patio sofa table with beveled glass top unattached; sage green coffee table with beveled glass unattached; one sage green end table with beveled glass unattached. There is no furniture and no appliances. Could possibly be one queen bedroom set with no mattress but doubtful at this point. Some of the things I can leave behind to put in car if necessary.  

 

 

Destination apartment has elevators and stairs  

 

 

All in boxes except bed, 6 misc items & office chair. TV is boxed 50x48x12. Mattress is plastic wrapped & must be shipped flat. Box ct is estimate. Currently in storage. Ready semi access.
