4 Bedroom House Moving Services

This move will not take place until early March.  

I am including a disassembled pool table and cue rack. I am likely to be packing 8 wardrobe boxes, 18 boxes (22 x 22 x 22); 25 boxes (18 x 18 x 24); 5 boxes (24 x 12 x 12); 25 boxes (14 x 12 x 24). Note that the of the 24 pictures referenced above; 13 are 46" x 40"; the balance are approximately 28" x 34" in demension. There are pads for dining room table not referenced, 2 extra leafs to dining room table, 6' boxed Christmas tree, 6 x 12 area rug, 18'step ladder, similar sized extension ladder, 4 wheels with tire mounted, 4' step ladder, router table, Dewalt mitre saw, wet tile saw, two hose reels. Please reference in your quote the size of the truck you will be using. The coffee and end table have glass inserts (which i will need advice as to how we can ship safetly). This shipment likely weighs between 13,500 to 15,000 lbs so any truck smaller then 30 foot would be a problem.

Items to be moved are in 2 10X15 self storage units in Coatesville. 2 BR suites, DR table, 4 chairs, hutch, couch, love seat, desk, 2 filing cabinets, tools, ladders, etc., multiple boxes, dishes, pans, clothing, personal items, etc.  

5 bedrooms; upright piano; everything is already boxed; not many heavy pieces of furniture; relatively easy move given that I have already filled a 16-foot truck 2 times and moved the contents to the new home; the move would be late Saturday morning, Jan. 10th, and be completed by evening; 15-min drive from downtown Leesburg to new home location south of Leesburg; depending on moving team, everything from the 5 bedrooms could be loaded within 2 to 3 hours; I am considering doing the move myself and am seeking competetive bids.  

 

Re-listing move as previous move date changed. Currently have 2 story 3-4 bedroom condo--need to move a lot of boxes in garage and some furniture/large appliances to nearby street level storage, and move rest of furniture and boxes to 2 bedroom 2nd story 1 level apartment. About 5.5 miles total from current residence to storage to new residence. Looking for fair and reasonable flat rate with 3-4 movers. We can rent 24'-26' rental truck from Penske and drive it ourselves to cut down on cost--then we would only need load, unload some items at storage, and then unload rest at new place.  

No stairs, 2 beds (1 queen and 1 full), 2 sofas (1 sectional and 1 sofa), 1 TV, 2 simple desks, 3 bookshelves, 2 office chairs, breakfast table, 2 coffee tables, 2 dressers, 3 night tables, small filing cabinet, 1/2 bookshelf, two small sitting chairs, 2 small drawer sets, 1 BBQ grill, 2 basic TV stands, 2 bar stools, 2 mirrors, 5 wall hangings, 5 pieces of luggage, 1 large dog crate, and approximately 50 boxes.  

moving to a 3 bedroom apt. some furniture will go into the storage area in the basement in the new apt.  

Need to be out on Dec 28. Looking for full service move including packing, loading and unloading into part storage, part apartment. Aprrox 19,000 lbs.  

I have furniture in storage and at my house. No appliances. A lot of boxes.  

I need 2 truck working simultaneously One moving from house to storage and the other moving from storage to house.  

This is not a full house move, as many items are already moved. Biggest challenge is grand piano, 5'7", mover must have experience moving pianos. House is 2 miles away, date flexibility within reason  

all four bedrooms upstairs I will have everything downstairs and beds apart and you will not have to take furnitue upstairs in indiana i would like to help with loading and unloading furniture but will stay out of the way if you prefer (i deliver furniture for a furniture company)  

 

2 Bedrooom sets, office cabs kitchen table, lr LR set, upright piano, empty book cases, washer, dryer and small refrig. 2 large file cabinets, 3 metal storage racks amd packed boxes. all mis. items will be boxed no packing required. Same day pick up and delivery if possible. Moving from Raised Ranch to Ranch home.  

 

 

 

We have about 9800 lbs of furniture. Too long to inventory.  

 

We want to move our car on the same truck as our belongings.  

The pick up location is a storage unit that the previous moving company delivered it to, the household goods are still professionally wrapped per the previous moving company. The combined weight is just shy of 6000 pounds.
