4 Bedroom House Moving Services

Hello - the boxes will be downstairs and most, if not all, of the furniture will be wrapped in plastic by homeowners prior to mover's arrival. We will have the legs off of most of the tables.  

This is a 3600 sqft house with finished basement. We are moving 4 bedrooms, 2 sectional couches, 1 regular couch with matching chair. (4) 48-70' flat panel TV. 3 car garage pretty full of family 'stuff' ie. bikes, coolers, chairs, etc... The only boxes will be the garmet boxes, we packed the rest of the house in sturdy, nicely stackable HDX 27 gal bins. Moving from 60543 --> 37075 Moving out on Dec 14 and need to arrive at destination on Dec 17.  

Truck: U-Haul 26inch Truck with a tow dolly for a mid size car. I will pay for truck rental, fuel and any toll etc. My budget it $800 for the driving services. I can also pay $200 for return trip.  

 

All household goods (boxes and furniture) will be located on first floor. Only requesting you to load onto your truck, transport, and unload at new location.  

 

This is a vacation rental so there is not too much in drawers and closets. mostly what you see in the photos. Please include a price for packing. I will not be available. There is a 10' gate where a truck can back into the yard. The main photo is showing roughly the distance to the back door. Also in the garage and basement is a motorcycle, Wood stove, Generator, plastic Shelving, Dehumidifier, shop vac, 10 bins of tools and supplies. 2 head boards, 24"x36" trunk.

Scheduled is for Friday but there is some flexibility on date.  

 

 

 

Office: 1 two piece coffee table, 1 large table lamp. Maybe 4 or 6 acrylic folding chairs. Some picture/posters. Some items are marked as living room but belong to master or bar area. No personal belongings, clothes, washer/dryer and kitchen appliances.

The estimate is under or around 13,000 pounds. The items are in three storage units at a facility in LA. We can either hire a group to load/unload separately or find a combo situation to load and haul.  

We need the pickup to happen over a weekend. We won't be taking any of the mattresses. Please let me know if any questions. I'd like to book this ASAP. I know some have mentioned a 20' trailer, but that is unlikely to work with the couch, tables, etc unless it is extremely tall. It is a residential street no issues with trucks. The garage has maybe 12 add'l cubic feet of stuff, if that.  

We will pack/load. Looking for Truck/Trailer to transfer belongings and we will unload as well. I'm guessing around 40ft of trailer needed.  

 

 

 

-This listing is a rough estimate on a house move. -It would be ideal to have a shipper pack, load and ship items. -Must provide boxes, packing tape and pads. -bed frames no mattress -my guess is around 50 medium boxes to ship  

 

Some furniture, mostly boxes that are being packed by us, refrigerator, washer, dryer, 2 small dining sets, filing cabinet, tv table, 2 lawn lounge chairs and patio table with chairs, fire pit, 2 large paintings, 1 bedroom dresser and armoire, and 3 cherubs statues and some other small concrete pots.. Long driveway (200 ft), slight incline, flat at top.
