4 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

Daughter bought her first house! Looking to get this completed by the weekend. Contact me for any additional details  

All 25 boxes are 26 gallon Rubbermaid totes.  

 

Garage contains a home gym with a treadmill, exercise bike, a regular sized refrigerator, dumb bell rack with 200 lbs of dumb bells, rowing machine, squat rack, 5 olympic bar bells, approximately 800 lbs of weights, various fitness equipment items, and pre-boxed storage items. One sectional seen in the photos WILL NOT be moved. Outside storage shed contains various garden tools and pre-packed storage boxes. ALL electronics (TVs, Computers, etc) will be pre-packed in original manufacturer's retail packaging. Master bedroom has one walk in closet, and there are three bedrooms with small closets containing clothes and other various items. There is one linen closet, one coat closet, one office closet, and one storage closet. Kitchen contains pots, pans, a few small appliances, etc.  

 

I have 2 self-storage units -- 10x20 and 10x12.5. they contain everything in my 3 bedroom house. everything is boxed, furniture stacked, etc. There is a loading dock, etc. In addition, I have the contents of a small 1 bedroom house. Everything in it will be boxed, packed, etc. The 2 storage units are in Arabi, Louisiana (New Orleans suburb). The 1 bedroom place is in New Orleans proper.  

 

 

 

I have two atv’s and 1 rtv that need to be moved  

Furniture is very nice and there is one tight corner turn getting down stairs. Looking for strong movers who use extra care with fine furniture. Delivery is to three story with walk-out basement on a gradual slope with steps. Stairs to upstairs are straight into long hallway. Basement has sliding glass doors into main room.

Looking to get this done for $5,000 flat. 26ft truck, full insurance, furniture covers, loading, unloading. Not currently sure, but we MAY need to store this at our destination for a month or more before being able to move it in to its final destination (our new home). If so, we're looking to spend $300/mo for the temporary storage.

Initial van line estimate was quote at 10k lbs. *move includes 13 ft kayak *Will have about 5 custom framed items wrapped and ready to go *Prefer to have move wrap furniture, everything else will be packed. *All three beds have wood frames (1 x dbl, 1 Q, 1 K)

I need to move two storage units that are both partially full and right next to each other. I will need approximately 1000-1200 cubic feet of storage space. Both the pickup storage facility and drop off storage facility will be drive-up units. There are many loose items in the storage units and some furniture. It may make sense to get some boxes and do some packing along the way. Loading will take a few hours and I will need help. I am very flexible on times and dates of the move. Just give me an estimate and we can take it from there!
