4 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

 

 

All household items are boxes in storage. There are two storage spaces same location.  

Storage unit is on 1st level with easy access and is 80% full, and 95% packed a mile away. 1700 cubic feet move, no special appliances / items other than a few flat screen TVs, washer/ dryer, and a custom built 6 ft desk. Coming out of a 1500 sq ft apt. 26' Penske Truck should work. Some light packing may be needed.  

Hello, I have a very nice house, 2200 sq ft. I need WHITE GLOVE service. nice furniture but nothing expensive. I would guess about 10,000 pounds. Packing should be about standard or a little longer. I am a retired police officer and will be there to assist. If you need to come over for a quote that's ok also. Kevin Kercher  

 

We'd like a minimum of 4 packers to help pack everything in a 4 bedroom house. This quote is for packing only. You can start packing on Friday, 10/25 and will need to finish by Saturday, 10/26. The movers will pickup on Saturday evening or Sunday morning, depending on availability.  

 

1 sectional, 2 sofas 2 dining table, 8 small side tables, 10 dining chairs, 2 barstool, 1 armoire, 4 sitting chairs, 1 bench, 3 king frames, 3 king mattresses, 2 mirror, 2 loveseat, 2 chest of drawers, washer & dryer, 1 buffet cabinet, 4 twin mattress, 2 tv stands, elliptical, grill, approx 50 boxes of clothes and various items, kids toys, 3 coffee tables, 4 rugs, 2 adult bikes, 5 small kid bikes Thank you!  

 

We had professional movers pre-pack and move our stuff into storage a few months ago. Now it needs to be loaded and delivered. The stuff fit into a 26 foot truck. on the first move etc.. You will need to load in from storage and deliver to a house and unload.  

 

 

 

Total shipment is 1600 cubic feet. That includes boxes furniture etc. if you charge by weight pls don’t inquire. Thx  

 

4 climate controlled storage units (10'x10') 1 non-climate controlled storage unit (10'x15') We will have an upright piano in the shipment. Not sure about the total number of boxes.  

 

 

Furniture, boxes, general household items. Delivering to one level house.  

 

 

 

You can see pics of all the interior of my Chicago house online at the real estate listing. Some items of furniture are already stored in the garage. 4th bedroom is in the basement - it's a walk out basement. We are handling all clothing and boxes w/ fragile stuff ourselves. Biggest thing to move is the piano - moving from 1st floor to 1st floor. I might be ditching one of the sofas. Move can be on 7/25, 7/26, 7/28 or 7/29.
