I’m in Vegas now and won’t be back until the move, so I can’t meet with someone to survey and estimate. However, the pics at the link should sum it up perfectly. One storage is 8x8, and the other is 18x8. Neither is full to the top, so I’d say they are full to a height of 3 to 4ft on avg. Most of the condo’s boxed items are already in storage, as I only left furniture and essentials in the condo while it was on the market. I’d like to work with an estimate based on this info and pay for the actual cubic ft used once moved. I understand the typical split-payment arrangement makes it possible for this to work out in the end. I’ll be providing 3-4 quotes to my employer, who will be paying for the move. I’m sure the decision will be based on the price per sq-ft, unless there is also some meaningful difference in timing or availability that eliminates a low bid on that basis.

This is a storage unit move; everything is packed and ready to go. Most of the items are in yellow and black Costco totes, which are stacked 6 high on furniture dollies. There are probably 110 totes, plus 4 metal rolling racks and other larger boxed items. The storage unit is upstairs and has elevator access. The move-to location is upstairs and has an elevator access.  

 

It's not a house or condo. It's a townhouse. We will have not too much furniture. Only 1 bedroom furniture, office furniture, some small pieces of furniture. No sofa from living room, no second bedroom furniture. White gloves service preferably
