3 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

 

 

This move will consist of 3 pickup stops and only 1 delivery stop. We have storage unit in Johnson City, My fiancé's apt. in Talbott, TN and my storage unit in Old Hickory, TN. The inventory listed includes all items from the combined stops.  

3 BR house plus backyard shed and large garage workshop full of tools & medium size gun safe. 2nd stop to pick up more tools in Lexington, TX (requires 24' - 26' truck, max) 2 moving companies have estimated move at 24,000 - 28,000 lbs total. Need full pack, load, ship, unload services.  

First: Storage room is 10' X 15'. No appliances. Mostly boxes, medium & small. No large furniture making move. One mattress & box-spring. Two bicycles. BBQ. Ground level storage unit currently being packed. Second: Last contents of house that could not make it into storage room. Distance from storage room to house 1/2 mile apart, no traffic lights in between. Pick-up easy on & off highway.  

 

 

The entire house has been packed into boxes and are in the garage. The only furniture items would be a Cal King bed with box springs (no frame), LoveSac Sactional Sofa (the entire thing comes apart for easy transport), One flat screen TV. Depending on price, I would also like to move 3 Twin Matresses (NO Box Springs or Frame) and 1 Full bed with box spring.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also need to move: An 800# hot tub, 7'-0" X 6'-6" X 34". Approx. (15) garden hand tools. 10 framed paintings. Chainsaw, hedge clippers, lawn edger, string trimmer, (6) 50' hoses, small portable air compressor, large wheeled storage cabinet 24X36x72, pull behind garden cart, shop vac, mechanics creeper, mechanics wheeled stool.  

We are not bringing much furniture, it is mostly boxes and a few odds and ends listed above. Loading and unloading will not take more than an hour. There is a king mattress located up six steps that we will need help to load, everything else will be in the garage ready to load. We will be taking off work to help the driver load the truck. There is also a disassembled basketball hoop and a few rakes and garden shovels. We are driving to Dallas GA and we will not be there until Sunday afternoon July 22, 2018 to accept the delivery.  

HI, MUST move tomorrow, Fri.,, 7/13 MORNING from a residence in Costa mesa, CA to Chandler (not Mesa) AZ storage. Semi flexible on arrival in Phx. Not later than Tues., 7/17. We provide pizza, water and we're seasoned movers.  

Books, Household pots and pans, cutleries, provisions, Hangers, Small wall pictures.  

There might be more boxes and stuff, but not much more as we are still packing. The load in will be easy from our straight driveway, but for load out in Durango, we will request two drop off sites: one for storage and one for the new house.
