10x20x8 storage unit in Round Rock, TX to be moved to Animas, NM. Unit is relatively full and will require a 1600cf truck or trailer (26' box truck, 28' trailer, etc or similar) and two or more people. We've moved it once before, and it took two people approximately three hours to load and unload with my assistance. One particularly heavy table, about 500lbs. Everything else is easy to move/ standard items you would expect for a household. Nobody will be onsite to help load. Access will be granted remotely. I will be onsite at the destination and available to help unload. This was listed previously but I was unable to log in and accept a final bid before it expired. I didn't realize the bids expire so quickly and was dealing with a medical issue. Will possibly end the auction early if the right bids come in, so it can be moved sooner than later. Please specify how many people you will have and what size truck or trailer in your bid so I can verify you read the listing and have the means to do this.  

 

You will need a 20ft-26ft truck. Everything is packed in a 20x15 storage bin packed to the gills. I might need you to stop at rooms to go down the street to pickup a living room set. I will list everything as much as possible. Delivery location is a townhouse with two sets of stairs and I'll need a few items in the converted attic space. (Two night stands, bedframe and mattress and box spring) Have a few loose odds n ends but everything is mostly in plastic bins. I might be flexible with the dates if it helps out.  

 

 

 

 

Dining table, large flat TV, dresser, two king bed frames and mattresses, rocking chair, crib, baby dresser, bookshelf, large sectional couch, 50 boxes give or take.

Kitchen cabinet boxes quantity of 29 lower sizes between 12” wide and 43” wide. Also, 2 upper cabinets 33” wide and one 30” pantry cabinet One 3 person sauna in 8 flat pieces 3 pairs of skis, Kneeboarding, 2 inflatable paddle boards, brooms and mops.  

**The delivery storage unit does not accept deliveries on the weekend, therefore would need to be delivered September 30th or October 3, or 4. Preferably Oct 3 if possible** The delivery unit is at 77 Free St., Portland, Maine. It is downtown Portland, may be an issue with very large trucks, ie 18 wheelers. The move is storage unit to storage unit. The first picture is a 10 x 20 storage unit. The second picture is a 10 x 15 storage unit. The pick up storage unit is on the street level. The delivery storage unit requires the use of a freight elevator down one floor. We are doing a partial move, not our entire house. 1 king size bed 1 42" TV 1 computer + monitor 1 short tv stand 1 small dining table+chairs 2 dressers are the main items. Then at least 6-7 boxes and 6 or so misc items roughly 2'x2' in size, etc.
