I'm still in the process of boxing everything up, I don't have an official count yet on boxes but i'm using home depot boxes, xs, small and medium and have 2 large box so far. we also have a power wheels car, 7 ft christmas tree box, some plastic totes, some suit cases, the fake fireplace i used as a tv stand, peg board rolling rack thats like 4 ft tall, 2 kids scooter, a shoe rack, my patio set is a light weight metal two cussion seat and matching small coffee styple table and a wood chair. i think 7 partical wood book shelves/cubbies all together ranging in size. the dining table is 8ft long but completely disassembled. The twin bed shown has another bed piece because its a bunk bed, i will disassemble the beds before moving day. crib is also disassembled. there isn't an adult bedroom set, just the bunk bed and crib. i was going to rent a 20 ft uhaul and try to do this myself but with two kids and just me i don't know how that would be possible. fyi we are not getting this paid for by a military move. i just got married and this move is completely out of my pocket, so please don't think we are getting this move reimbursed by the government on your price quote, :/ thank you.  

Partial house move......not moving all house contents. The list of items to be moved consists of 24 cardboard boxes, 7 collapsible wire baskets, 3 wooden crates, 4 pallets, 1 piano, 53 loose items, and a 1929 Pontiac sedan (which does roll). A tandem-axle 34-foot enclosed trailer would be the minimum size trailer needed to move everything. Trailer must be equipped with rear ramp to roll the car inside. This load would require 2 stops for pick-up, the first one is in Bakersfield, CA and that is where the bulk of the material is (6500-7000-lbs). The second stop is in Tehachapi, CA which is 45 minutes east of Bakersfield, and is on the way to Interstate 40. The second stop does not add any miles to the trip, but would take about 1 hour of load time to pick-up the 7 wire baskets and 45 boxes (2400-lbs). Total weight for entire shipment is 9000 to 9500 pounds, including the car. Two guys would be needed to help load the items into the trailer. Unloading will be much easier and faster than the loading, as we will have additional people and a forklift onsite at the destination to help facilitate unloading.

Pickup some additional items at nearby parent's house at 1905 Weatherstone Drive, Paoli, PA 19301. PLUS (at Malvern PA townhouse): Umbrella stand, fireplace log holder, glass candle stick holders. PLUS (at Paoli PA townhouse): 10 boxes of dishes and misc in garage, table clothe and napkins, blanket, kitty litter box, 2 old school-house desks. Quotes should include loading and unloading.

Pallets not included. You need at least a 22’ to do only one trip. They have to be gently arrange in a 10x20’ area at the self storage facility with elevator.  

I have help to unload at my destination but may require some help at pickup.  

 

 

It's pretty much my room and my toddler. so it would be her bedset which I'll take apart, it's a twin with a ladder. She will have some boxes for clothing and toys, two plastic dressers, a doll house, 3 kalist type thing, Then my room will have a bed queen with frames and headboard, a dresser (4 drawers) then boxes for clothing. Livingroom I'm only bringing the TVs 70inch and 13inch with one tv stand NO SOFAS kitchen only small appliances like microwave, airfrier, crockpot, toaster oven, boxes for plates and cups then cat supplies (will be clean) like litter boxes and scratching post, a small kennel. I dont have an idea for the number of boxes I think I would say possibly 30 but most likely less. I just have holiday stuff in boxes and things from when my daughter was born. There will be a couple home/wall decor, also I dont know if the house we are moving to is one floor or two floors. I'm just trying to get an idea on this cost before I pick our new home.

most everything has been moved out of the house with the exception of the furniture and probably roughly 10 boxes of stuff. So this is the final move. Also a few small plants and some other small random stuff. IMPORTANT: I will be moving most of the stuff here to the house at 102 Channel Drive, but some of the items will be going to a storage unit about 2 miles away (still on the island). I am looking for help moving a few items that are in the house out and to the storage unit as well, so please factor in an hour or two help me move a few pieces of furniture to the storage unit from the house, and move a few items around inside the house from room to room. So this quote should be for the move itself, and some interior moving things around at the house and to the storage unit.
