Apartment on 4th floor with elevator and items from on 1st floor garage space moving to 1 story home and 1st story indoor storage unit at front of housing complex approx 4 blocks away. Storage unit address 2101 Old Holzwarth Rd, Spring, TX 77388 No appliances moving. No washer/dryer, frig.no couch or sofa.

Pickup is from a warehouse with freight elevator with loading dock. Delivery destination is a condo with Freight elevator. Moving into building must be scheduled and requires COI.

Pictures is the contents in a 10x20 storage unit, taking up about 60-70% of the unit.  

 

Perfect for a hotshot load. Our items are in two storage units. The hardwood furniture, safe and the two couches are sold and will stay in Texas. We are not bringing appliances other than a washer/dryer. All items will fit in one 16' PODS container. PODS does not deliver to our new area. I have people to load and unload. There are also 4 sets of skis, skateboards, scooter and other sports related equipment not available to itemize in the inventory list above.  

 

Only boxes and storage totes (max 70 lbs) of varying sizes, with the exception of 1 small file cabinet. There will be 3 major sizes of boxes and 3 major sizes of storage bins for stacking. Also, there are 4 check-in and 2 carry-on luggage. This shipment will NOT exceed 600 cubic foot and likely will be around 550 cubic foot as I have overestimated by 10% in case they need to be palletized. *Note, if you ship by weight... please provide the your quote based on lbs. At pickup, the boxes will be ready to go inside the front door.  

 

 

We have around 10-12 tote (plastic storage containers, we also have garage shelves and plastic storage containers with shelves (4)  

Everything is already packed up, wrapped and in storage. I updated the inventory but didn't see a few things listed, so please also note, the inventory includes: 4 rugs 1 sauna (small for 1 person) 30 teracotta pots (mostly small and medium sized)
