2 Apartments in same complex located in the same building and on the same freight elevator that will be reserved for the move that includes a dedicated loading dock  

 

 

 

The apartment on second floor , some boxes are heavy might need two people to lifts  

Move into condo between 9-5pm, elevator building, move in date only during the week  

The pick-up location will be on a second story apt with stairs. Drop-off will have elevators to the 4th floor. Everything will be packed. Box count is an estimate but it will be too off by +/- 1 of each. 1 tv (50") will be in a box already. Dining table is a fold-bale table with fold able chairs.

I ALSO HAVE A 3-SEAT COUCH & 2-SEAT LOVESEAT THAT NEED TO BE MOVED DOWNSTAIRS TO THE GARAGE. WE ARE GIVING THESE AWAY, SO IF YOU'D LIKE THEM, YOU ARE WELCOME TO THEM, BUT I NEED THEM MOVED TO THE GARAGE JUST FOR HAUL-OFF. THEY WILL NOT BE MOVED TO OUR NEW HOME. MOVE DATE IS OPEN FROM THIS SATURDAY 3/17 THROUGH MONDAY, 3/19. IT IS ONLY ABOUT AN 8 MILE MOVE (NOT THE 23 MILES BEING QUOTED HERE ON USHIP). EVERYTHING JUST BLANKET WRAPPED WOULD BE FINE.  

Everything is unassembled and taken apart, for easy moving and less space taking. It's easy and compact that way. Even the dining room table is unassembled and taken apart. Bed frames and all furniture is taken apart as well.  

For trucks there is 16 Foot Clearance loading clearance. Delivery is at a residence so clearance is not an issue. Any questions, please let me know. Thanks, Tom  

7.5x10 storage unit. Sectional couch, kitchen table and chairs, 2 large tv's and lots of boxes. No appliances. Unit is on 3rd floor but there is an elevator.  

 

 

 

 

there is an additional: adult-sized folding table w/chairs assorted household items  

 

One bedroom set, patio furniture and grill, washer and dryer, garage items, a few misc small/med pieces of furniture, and boxed household items. I will need the furniture to be protected and everything to be loaded and unloaded. At the delivery end, I may need a few items already in the house moved to a storage unit on the ground floor.
