Apartment move to house 1.3 miles away. Inventory is best estimate but should be close. House has 1 flight of stairs, only bedroom items will need to be taken up.

The pick-up is on the 17th floor of an apartment building with a service elevator and the delivery is to a two-story house with a traditional staircase.
