This is for the big furniture and fragile boxes only two blocks away. 2 beds, 3 dressers, 1 desk, 1 nightstand, 2 loveseats 1 couch 1 entertainment center  

 

 

 

 

 

We live in a gated community; We are located on the 3rd floor; Several boxes that are located in storage, but it is right across from our apartment.

In fact house is large (4000 sq ft), but very little is left, only 1 bedroom occupied, some AV equipment and 3 large loudspeakers, amplifier, projector, LCD TV etc. Note I am expecting bids in the $1500 to $1750 range, I will increase that by $400 if you can load & include an operational car (Dodge Stealth) in the shipment.  

2 dressers, 1 mirror dresser, 1 bed platform queen, 1 fireplace 2 matreeses queen 1 makeup table 10 medium sized boxes, 1 4 drawer vertical dresser. 1 study loft bed desk twin . All broken down.

will be leaving all major appliances- tables bedding side/end tables, boxes and odds and ends (light stuff) - I will be renting my home in Lilburn so leaving it partially furnished - and leaving the fridge, w/dryer - so bulky move but not hard move with heavy stuff. The condo building does have a loading dock (It used to be a produce distribution center).  

You will be moving from a storage unit that is one sotyr and you can back your truck up and then going to an apartment with some stairs but not a two story.
