2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

 

In addition to what's in the photos, there's a CanAm Ryker that I'd like to fit. I can deal with it later but getting it all in one saves me the headache. Most things are too big to be boxed but some things will need to be tossed in boxes. Almost everything currently in the garage is low value, so I'm not worried about breakage as much as I'm worried about getting it out on time. The steel shelves in the pictures stay but all the loose bits come. Existing quotes were removed because I had to update the dates.  

My stuff is currently loaded in a POD and PODs won’t deliver to Grand Junction. It would be an easy unload/reload and deliver unload.  

All boxes will be on ground floor in Garage. Our closing date is August 29th thus far.  

Total space is 800 cu ft (actual) 2 units. The storage units are in the same location and are accessible to truck from one spot. 90% of items are already wrapped as they were shipped from Australia (professionally wrapped for international shipping) There may be a couple of boxes that will need the tops retaped. All furniture and items are fully wrapped and ready to move. The main contents include: 1 king mattress with bedrails 3 queen mattresses with bedrails 1 queen headboard and side table Speed Queen Washer\Dryer Combo (tower unit) Traeger Smoker not wrapped Webber BBQ Small Wine Cabinet Book Shelf small corner decorative cabinet 1 Bedroom Sitting Chair 1 kids ikea desk Sofa table Suitcases Mirror and Picture Frames 2 x LCD TVs (fully wrapped 65" & 55") Subwoofer and soundbar Computer tower Toolbox Small Bar Fridge Weedwacker (in box) Approx 60-70 medium sized boxes of various household goods. End of Delivery: Deliver to single floor residential house No unpacking or set up. I am in Florida and will not be available at pickup. The keys to the storage units are located with the front office. Check in at gate for code and keys.  

I also have some mops, brooms, rakes, shovels and 2 mop buckets. Plus 4 10 gallon plastic totes with lids and 5 large empty art frames. Like 4x5 foot large - no glass  

 

 

Pick up will be in 2 locations - less than 5 miles apart. Items for pick up are in garage at residence, one central location for loading and a 10x10 storage unit, not filled to roof. Delivery will be in 2 locations, residence and a storage unit - less than 5 miles apart.  

All stuff is in storage in boxes. No furniture.  

 

 

 

 

Everything is in 2 side by side 10'x15' storage units 85% boxed. Most boxes 27gal black totes yellow lids. Flat top grill, smoker. I apologize to everyone about no pictures I will post them Sunday when I get out there to the unit.  

I am moving 2 king bed 4 large mirrors 3 dressers 2 coffee tables 1 sectional 2 sofas 1 entertainment Center 1 large Desk The move is only 1/2 mile distance move in south beach-Wynwood area It should be a quick move Expectations: Break down 2 beds, wrap items with blankets or shrink wrap Drop off Reassemble bed and place furniture in the assigned location. This is not a complicated move. Will require protection of furniture for a half-mile move. Please submit reasonable bids. It could be done in two hours with the organization. Expecting bids $500 and under.

We’re moving across the street, only 0.3 miles away. Please blanket wrap furniture. We may be moving some of the smaller things ourselves the day before and mostly need help with the furniture/larger items and boxes. The moving date, Oct 4th, is not adjustable you must be able to come on that day, preferably in the morning or early afternoon. Thank you!
