The boxes are an estimate.  

we're guesstimating the number of boxes since we haven't packed yet. Guessing about 70 bankers boxes (for books). Plus boxes for dishes/china, kitchenware, toys, papers, etc We have 2 large mirrors. Also we have a couple of benches, some a wall mount jewelry armoire and a jade ship approximately 2 feet high, 2 feet long and 1/2 foot deep), some vases and delicate figurines. We also have an all wood toy kitchen set for kids (fridge and stove separately). We are also selling our business but in case it doesn't sell in time, would it be possible to get a second quote (or a low end and high end range) in case we have to take about 4 office rooms worth of office furniture: 2 mechanic treatment tables (each 6 feet long, 30" wide), a reception desk, 2 reception chairs, 2 reception love seats, 5 end tables, 3 side boards, 3 console tables, 2 office chairs, 1 office stool, 1 narrow bookshelf unit, 2 small bookshelves, 3 mirrors and approximately another 20 pieces of wall art. **Also, there may be 2 pick up locations for furniture & boxes (within one mile of each other). Can that be accommodated?  

 

 

 

About 400 miles. Normal household stuff. Queen mattress and box spring. 2 heavy pieces of furniture, the rest is light. Maybe 60 boxes.  

*Pick up location is first floor of a building but there is a few stairs going into the building * 1 standard size refrigerator 1 small deep freezer 1queen mattress no box spring 1 large floor mirror 1 large glass painting 3 tvs under 60” 1 coffee table, metal with glass (light) 2 nightstands 1 small cabinet Approx 30-35 boxes 2 small rugs 1 shelf (metal, light, like a small garage storage shelf)  

 

 

 

Significant items include an adjustable queen size bed, a 3 seat sofa with a pullout bed, and a two seat reclining sofa.

Only one bedroom has a bed frame / headboard with mattress and dresser. The other is a mattress and box spring Service elevator in building.
