2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

 

This shipment will be from a uhaul 1st floor storage unit (10 x 10) and delivered to 1st floor condo. DO NOT ask me for a deposit as I will report you to uship. Keep all transactions through uship ONLY.  

 

 

everything is packed in large bags, totes and boxes. furniture includes shelving, couple chairs, folding table, small book shelf 10 totes, 15 bags, 20 boxes. finished packing items last night - now ready to go. we weren't aware listings expired so quickly otherwise would have been booked earlier. first time on uship.  

No appliances, no couches. Household items: 3 twin beds, lcd tvs, books, clothes, kids toys.

This is about 10 boxes and 1 tv, one coffee table (small) and one laundry hamper). That is it. Delivery address has an elevator. Pickup is at a storage unit.  

This request is to move approx 10,000 vinyl records. Some are crated. Many are not. Shipping will need to include boxes for records that are not crated and carefully pack the records for moving.

20 by 10 storage unit. Mostly big items boxed etc.  

 

 

Everything will be in storage totes. It’s about 30 of them. No big furniture. Baby crib and rolling tool chest are the biggest things that need to be transported. A few TV’s as well. I do have very fragile stuff in some of the totes and they will be labeled.

Some questions and information: -Confirming same-day pick up and delivery. -Do you have any protective measures in your vehicle, or do I need to secure everything as if there aren't? I have a very small infant, so sickness would be a reason to avoid. Are there backup movers? -Do you have a contract once booked? -If you arrive at the destination before us, someone will be there to let you in. We are traveling with a dog and baby, so it will likely take us longer. -How long will load-in and out take? -We want to start very early on the day of, if possible, as in 5am or so. Thank you!

Key priorities are getting loading and unloading help, as well as moving our items with speed and care. Its a standard 2-bedroom apartment, no large appliances, mostly boxes, and the largest furniture is a sectional (3 piece, modular and can be taken apart easily into 3 pieces) 2 tvs, 2 standing desks, a king sized matteress (no frame or box spring) 2 dressers and a bookcase. nothing will be over 150 lb. Elevators at the new location, stairs only at the original one, no restrictions or requirements.
