2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

 

We are two husbands moving from Chicago to Minneapolis. We do not have lots of stuff. One bed. One couch. One table. A few chairs. Two bikes. We will pack up everything in bins and make it simple.  

The move date may change slightly depending on new lease signed.  

 

 

Shipment includes 1 disassembled bed (no mattress), 2 nightstands, 1 dresser with mirror, 2 sofas, 1 loveseat, 1 arm chair, 1 recliner and miscellaneous household items.  

 

Patio furniture-2 rocker chairs with 2 ottomans, 2 small side tables 8 plastic drawers Golf clubs this is a pretty easy move no big furniture other than the bed also only about 2.5 miles apart  

There will be two residential addresses to pick up furniture/boxes from in Austin (both 1 bedroom each). The apartments are approximately 10 miles away from each other. All items will be shipped to the single address in Houston.  

Items need to be picked up from a storage unit on the 1st floor and brought to a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. Will need furniture placed in each room that it belongs and will need queen bed put together. MUST HAVE ENCLOSED BOX TRUCK AND BLANKETS. NO VANS AND NO PICK UP TRUCKS PLEASE. I DO NOT HAVE AN INVENTORY LIST, ITEMS FIT INTO a 1200 sq ft 2 bed apt, plus small patio set and treadmill. YOU WILL NEED a 24 to 26 FOOT BOX TRUCK. PRICE IS FIRM. Thank you for your help

Moving from a third floor condo to a three stories townhouse. No elevator.  

Pick up location will require 2 stops. One at the storage unit where most is stored. (See photo) and then another stop at a residence to pick up the dining room table and outdoor items. There are outdoor planters (around 4 large planters) that will go (wasn't an option on list).  

2x 3 seater couches 2x queen matresses 4x office swivel chairs 2x office desks 4x dining chairs 1x dining table (glass top) 2x side tables 1x phone table 1x ottomon 2x dog beds medium 2x armchairs 4x area rugs ~100 medium and small boxes  

Largest items: King bed broken down with headboard, footboard, side rails, slats King mattress Large (in length) wooden television stand Club chair and ottoman Sofa Chest of drawers Two end tables Two computer chairs Everything else is mostly boxes and general household things from our two bedroom apartment. In a storage facility and moving to a ground level house.  

Total of 25 boxes. Most are 14 by 14 inches  

Picture of storage unit is missing 5 xl crates and 55" tv nib.  

We would like to load and unload the same day (July 23rd). We would like you to have all the blankets and materials needed to secure our furniture, but we will have everything packed ahead of time. There are two of us, and we can help move boxes/furniture in & out of the truck. However, we need at least one strong mover who can help get bigger items down the stairs (I am small). Thanks!  

The couch is pretty heavy, apartment complex has freight elevator and house has easy access.  

 

Moving from Dallas to Portland and our driver has gotten sick. Everything all packed and ready to go, movers scheduled at the new place, we only need a new driver. Car pictured is hitched to truck, can be driven separately if need be.
