The driver was 2 hours late for the collection in Bratislava. Eventually, Andy managed to keep me posted by SMS and after that incident, communication has been brilliant and all has been ok. The collection has been made properly and the driver was very professional and helpful. The delivery has been done in time and properly in London. I have another transportation to do end of June and will be happy to use them again.

Billy completed the delivery on time and with no fuss, even though we could not confirm the delivery address until he was over half way to Slovakia! It was our first use of uShip so we didn't always get the process right - but Billy did his job and kept the costs down.
