The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customers listing stated the shipment could be picked up, and in fact had to be picked up, by the 10th. I made myself available on the 9th and adjusted my pickup schedule to accomodate. All day long the shipper did not answer phone calls or messages left. They also did not respond to emails until it was too late. When they finally called they gave me a window of 2 hours the next morning because they were leaving to catch a plane. They wanted me there between 7 and 9 AM.
