I no longer need my item(s) shipped I would like to cancel the collection of my mirror in Preston with Cliff Transport because the courier has requested by text that he wants payment in full before collection. I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I emailed and telephoned Transport North West ‘courier’ on Friday 29 July 2016 to confirm a collection date and time for a bed in Worcester. I was informed Wednesday 3 August 2016 at around 9.00am. On Wednesday I rang Jeffrey at 11.00am to confirm a delivery time who informed me he was on his way to collect the bed at 11.00am! (Collection was scheduled for 9.00am). He did not arrive nor kept the other party informed leaving me to apologise on his behalf. All of my follow-up calls went
