I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider has not contacted the person to arrange collection of the item and its been a week already. I have provided the service provider the name address and phone number to contact the collection person but he has not contacted them the entire week to arrange collection. I need this item collected and delivered but I don't think this person will complete this for me.
