A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved we did not have contact details for the collection point how can we pick up if we dont have details we said we can collect on thursday if we have the right details

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved ALL RELEVENT INFO WAS SUPPLIED EMAILS TO CONFIRM/PROVE THIS, YET this was what provider said to avoid agreed collection "we can not do this on tue now as the van has left for south run and we dont have any contact details for the collection we need tel contact details for collection. next van in that area is thursday please supply full contact details for the collection."
