A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was expected to weather the Snow Storm covering Britain to complete this job. For my safety I decided not to.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have emailed and phoned the courier service, i actually had to chase them ,they did not inform me that my order was not completed. They kept finding excuses not completing it . I ran out of time,waiting for them so i had to find another way to collect my parcel.
