Job went smoothly, everything was as described by the customer. Communication was excellent, always answered calls. Good safe environment to offload in Enfield, with helpful forklift staff.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Representative at the business premises collection point rang me to say he was not happy as the service providers had arrived with a small vehicle full of loose scrap metal and a loose cooker which they were having to unload into his yard to then try to fit the item to be collected onto the vehicle with the intention of piling the loose scrap metal on top of the item to be collected. He knew my item would be damaged by this. Hence collection cancelled and relisted.
