After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider When I booked via UShip I specifically requested collection for Sat 12 Nov. I was not flexible with this date and put this on my booking form.
I spoke with Xpert delivery today and was advised they would collect it within 5-10 days, as per their company policy. This is not what I requested and don't understand why they were allowed to quote.

Very good service. Good communication. Items picked up and delivered the day after I won them on E-Bay. Highly recommended and I would definitely use this driver (Artur) again. Very polite and great value for money.
