Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Having booked the delivery I never heard anything from the provider. I left two voicemails and eventually reached him on his landline and was told he had passed it on to a colleague who would be in touch. Having reached the last day of the delivery period I had specified and still having heard nothing I now need to cancel as we are going on holiday. Mr Mallin was polite when I reached him, I just never heard anything back and the job never got organised.
