Item was delivered and glass top was smashed into 1000 pieces. They changed courier mid way so cooker was lifted from one van to another local van. Craig initially seemed like he was going to be helpful and said he had sourced a new glass lid, which never arrived. No offer of a refund and he is now ignoring my texts. Bought an item in perfect condition which arrived in bits.
