I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Booked for pick up 4th March. Emailed, txt and phoned 4 times over a week and go no reply. Finally managed to get him on the 3rd March and he said he now wasn't able to do it until the 6th March. I ask for assurance that the job will be done as I can easily get another quote from other uship suppliers and he says it will be picked up at 8am on the 6th.
Second day booked off work to sit and wait only for him not to show up and not to call to let me know. I phoned another 5 times to get no reply.
