Darren managed to save my Christmas, despite an unhelpful vendor, my lack of competence with emails and texting, appalling weather and a tight time schedule, Darren delivered my cooker at 8.00 o'clock on Christmas Eve morning managing to reassure me every step of the way that it wouldn't be a takeaway curry christmas dinner. Well done, this has been my first sucessful transaction with the computer. Happy new year.
