Perfect delivery. The courier kept me completely informed of the progress. Item was beautifully wrapped to prevent damage. Polite, courteous. Could not ask for better. All dates & times were adhered to.

Service provider was slow to communicate. I had to do all the contacting. Delivery was supposed to be with in 5 days of collection - it was in 7. Service provider DEMANDED payment before delivery (I've NEVER had to do this on Uship before) but only did this once my item was collected and used the item as a bargaining tool to get the money before the item had been delivered. Threatened to take the item back to where it had come from. All in all - not impressed.
