Christa knew UPFRONT I had 2 other deliveries. She also knew about the other item she needed done, that needed to go to a diff. location, and NEGLECTED to tell me about it until I was in Memphis. I DID HER A FAVOR, and drove 6 hrs. out of my way for a small fee, which she was fine with, until I got to her house, where she was VERY RUDE, and tried shorting me on money ! She left me a positive feedback, because she knows I AM IN THE RIGHT ! Needless to say, I wont ever do business with her again ! Response from Christa N.: This is a true example of Castlerock Transports professionalism. I gave Rob a positive because I knew this was his job but I had no intentions of ever working with him again after this shipment. I don't believe in blackballing someone due to conflicts but I would hate to see anyone else have to deal with him. He was never shorted, he stressed "cash" so much I was nervous about my trailer, he kept it locked up until he counted his cash. I am honest and not vindictive; he is scary to work with.

Rob delivered the shipment in safe condition and during the holidays which I know can be hard. I did not appreciate that I was reminded how he was out of the way for my delivery because he had a load of motorcycles in his truck too. The other shipment was not my concern and I should not have been penalized for the additional mileage because of the other shipment. I paid for Bristol to Orlando and that he accepted the shipment knowing that. The goal was accomplished, so no other complaints. Response from BIGRABBIT1: WRONG ! I told her upfront about the bikes. She NEGLECTED to tell me about the hayrack going to a different location, until after I delivered the bikes ! Then wants me to deliver it 6 hrs. out of my way, which I did, and I only charged her a fraction of what I should have, only to be insulted by her rudeness when I arrived ! She was not penalized in anyway, and she knows it, otherwise she would not of left me a positive feedback, now would she ! I went the extra mile for her, and for what ?

Jim did a great job getting the trailer to the destination. He was very helpful and accomodating.
