The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The service provider stated that he would be in touch 1 day before delivery. It is now 3.30pm 1 day before removal, and despite sending 1 email, 1 text & 2 telephone calls 1 day before the due removal date. No communication from the courier. We are making alternative arrangements for our house removal.

I tried several times to contact the courier. SO i SENT an email..no response. Contacted the courier and he was not sure if he could carry out the delivery and collection. I made mistake of not checking..how long he had been on your site..
please refund my paypal account..and i need to re-submit my shipment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Response from thecourier: The address on the item was incorrect and we could not work the corrected address in to our planed route. We were sorry that we could not work this one out for you. This is why it is most important that the correct information is given from the start.

I would not use them. cancelled collection at last minute, did not ring to say they were going to be 1 hour 30 min late, and then send a text and tell me they had another pickup job to go. sorry no brownies points from me! J
