A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved i have made numerous telephone calls to the seller leaving answer phone messages i have been unable to collect from seller in london i have been to the delivery destination with other items several times and could have easily delivered the item but was unable to collect it

The service provider was friendly and cooperative. He made contact with me and with the person from whom he was collecting the item. He collected and delivered within the time limit which he had specified. He was punctual. The item was delivered in good condition, having been carefully wrapped in plastic protective sheeting. His charges were extremely reasonable and very competitive. I should certainly employ his services in the future.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service Provider has failed to collect and deliver the item which he undertook to handle. The booking was made on 20/09/2011. The Service Provider undertook to collect within three days of the booking and to deliver within a day of collection. The Service Provider contacted the seller at the pick-up end to say that he would be collecting on Monday 26/09/2011 between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. He failed to turn up.
