The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Driver went out of his way to get a flatbed trailer per the pickup location yard manager. He returned with the flatbed trailer and the yard manager still refused to load. Driver had all correct and necessay paperwork. This is a yard manager issue that was not willing to work with the driver.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Excellent communication. Driver showd up to pick up load and the yard manager refused to load his truck. No fault of the driver, he did everything possible to pick up the load. The yard manager at pick up location was unwilling to attempt to load the compressors or try using a smaller machine to load. Just said the weight of the hi-lo was too much for the ramps.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Broker could not find a driver within the 7 day time frame they quoted me. It is now day 10 and I will now have to pay storage fees
