The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer listed his shipment as a Business to Business but one of the locations was actually a residence. It's hard to accommodate customers who lie with accurate pricing. We had to requote it as a residence. Thank you.

A lie is when you know the truth and tell something different. If you live a 6000 thousand miles away and purchase an item on ebay from somebody you do not know, who listed the item on behalf of somebody else then you might not get the correct info at first.A good reader would notice that i cancelled the shipment because you REFUSE to make a SIMPLE phonecall to schedule pickup, not because of the doubled price. why do you STILL think that only YOUR time is valuable and others not?

Lazaro did a great job transporting my foldable boat. Cool thing is that he can be followed by GPS so you know where your shipment is. I was picking my son up from school back down here in Paramaribo, Suriname (South-America) while Lazaro delivered my shipment on time in Miami, FL. He could be reached directky by telephone and also he replies quickly on emails sent through the uship site in addition to the GPS live tracking; just what I needed down here. I can recommend his service to everyone.

PERFECT! A customer could not ask for more! S3 logistics did everything it promised: CALL to arrange pickup, ON-TIME pick-up and ON-TIME delivery. Excellent communication & quick reply on emails. All for a very competitive price. I cancelled my previous shipper (1stClShipp) because they REFUSED to make a simple phone call to arrange pickup. To tell the difference: the FIRST email I got from S3Logistics was to require a phone number to arrange pickup. I have absolutely nothing to complain,S3rocks

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I placed a bid on an outboard engine on ebay and i wondered how much it would cost me to ship the item; for this reason I listed the shipment on Uship -with the info I had on hand at that time- and after I won the auction I accepted the bid from 1st class shipping (Note: although they offered a great price, they were not the lowest). When they send me the docs to complete (shipment info & credit card authorization form) I read the fine print saying that they will NOT call the point of pick-up pr

SUPER!!! These are great and HONEST people, they do what they say. Everything went as planned and I am sure they did more than average effort to deliver my load nice and safely. Very good communication, they keep you informed all the way about the status. I could not wish for something better.
