Gateway transport did a better than expected job of shifting my household items from Delhi to Kalimpong, although the truck driver arrived at a no entry time 40 km outside town. I had to send a pick-up truck at additional cost (I didn't mind paying because Gateway's quoted lower than the other transporters). They delivered well within schedule. If Gateway can employ a dedicated communications person their service will become even better. I would definitely avail of their services again.
