I am in Ottawa. I will need to put you in touch with my son's aunt. She lives in the same building and has the key to the unit. It's a modern high rise condo building. Probably regulations for elevator access and such.  

 

Local one mover can be arranged for loading and unloading the cabinet. But you will be required to help as it will take two guys to move it. There are no stairs where the item needs to be picked up and no stairs where it will be delivered. If you need any further information please feel free to reach me.

There has been uShip app problems with this request. Re-activated, shipment is still pending. Would like price arround of $225. Auctioneer will shrink wrap pallet. drop off is flexible pickup this week. Weight is 150lbs or 778lbs dimensional weight. can make someone available to assist at delivery site.  

The armoire is at a residence and will need to be lifted out of the house(pickup point). This will likely need 2 people. On the receiving end we have 2 people to lift it. The armoire comes in 2 pieces.  

 

Armoire is disassembled. Dresser is in one piece. Both are antique pieces. Would need to be blanket wrapped. Pickup no later than December 12/16.  

 

Measurements are accurate, but I do not actually know the weight.
