There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service provider informed me that it was cash on delivery ,then changed his mind and requested cash up front I had already paid him the deposit and after several emails to resolve the situation he was adamant on cash up front which after checking his feedback which was nil I decided to go with someone more reliable who excepted cash on delivery . I now have my bikes and this is the second refund I have requested for this order . Please cancel this order and refund my deposit .
