The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The courier has given repeated pickup dates and failed them all. He has not telephoned at all, unless, it seems, we use a telephone number to call him which he does not recognise. Then he says he will pickup next day and doesn't. Our poor person who we have purchased from has been very reasonable, but has now been waiting in since Monday. In one of our phone calls the courier said his van had broken, but this is no excuse for a complete lack of liaison. I have no confidence in him after all this
