We use lean, six sigma and world class strategies to try to learn more about our processes. To eliminate waste and improve our efficiency, that way we don't have to transfer the cost associated with those to our customers. If we face a problem or make a mistake, we view that as a learning opportunity. We don't just continue to make them over and over again. We start the process of root cause problem solving. Figuring out exactly where the problem started, then taking corrective action to make sure that issue does not occur again.
