We shipped this chest through Midwest Motor Express. The freight company will not deliver the package to our customers upper level porch of her apartment building. The chest is fully wrapped. We need someone to pick up the package at the MME Freight Terminal, deliver to our customers upper level porch, unwrap, and dispose of packing materials.
