can be loaded and unloaded by customer at both ends with hoist, which can raise the unit about four feet from the ground. Item can be transported as it - no crate is needed, however if shipper has a pallet, could be dropped onto it.  

 

 

I have a Pontiac ohc 6 cyl engine and 4 spd trans. There is also a hood from a 1969 firebird and a box of misc. engine parts. These items need to be shipped from Frederick Pa to Kaukauna Wi.  

This is a 440 engine block with the engine heads...  

Guessed on the dimensions. But it is a hood, you've probably seen one. It is going to be refinished so it does not need to be crated but wrapped in packing material and tied down would be required. Shipping to Burlington, Wisconsin - 53105, to a residence/business. Picked up in Lebanon, IN at a residence.  

 

Just being used for good rust free metal, so scratches are ok. Can meet within New England and help load and unload

I am just off of a major highway (10 minute drive on a two lane road) just outside of Oklahoma City. I live in a rural community with easy access for anything from a pickup truck to a tractor trailer. I will be happy to assist the driver with offloading the item when they arrive at my house. The item is a quarter panel/inner fender for an International Scout with the rocker panel and front door post attached. This is why the item is so long. The measurements are pretty close. I went out and measured the same part on my truck. The measurements that I provided are on the high side. The item should be a few inches smaller. The weight is only an estimate and I may be off by 50 pounds.

The engine is now removed from the car and will be on an engine carrier. All fluids are drained  

I am told that the engine and transmission will be mated and hooked to a skid. The weight is approximate, but should be pretty close. I can carry the transmission around, and could carry the engine with the he3lp of another person, and I am no body builder. The pictures are not of the actual item, but they are of the same type, and are in my garage, so I could get decent pics of them. I have pictures of the actual item, but not in "ready to ship" condition. Message me if you need other pictures to place a bid, and I will get them for you. The exhaust is sorta visible in the last picture. It should be 8 - 10 feet long, and is not exactly new, or a work of art. If it gets marred or scratched, I won't know the difference. As long as it makes it here in one piece, and isn't bent in half, or crushed, I'm going to be happy. Also, I am flexible with the delivery location. It it will save me money, I would be willing to pick up the shipment in Knoxville, Tn or Asheville, NC or other locations of similar distance. If needed, there can be an engine hoist availible at each end to help with loading and unloading.

body shell. No engine, differential, tranny etc. No oil, grease or gas. Wheels and tires are attached. Easy to push/load due to low weight. can arange help at both ends. Pretty much as shown but empty. Dimensions listed are accurate. can accept delivery within radius of destination if necessary.  

Hood and trunk lid are boxed up and ready to go..pick up straight from my office. Easy in and out parking lot. I will load it...super light. Customer will unload as well.
