Our new apartment manager won't let us keep our dog so I need to ship her to my Mom in Colorado until we find a new place. We don't want to put her in a shelter, she's our baby.

Should Be Contained In Her Crate At All Times, Needs Clean Healthy Drinkable Water For Consumption During Flight And Should Be Kept In An Area With Temperatures Between 70 Degrees Fahrenheit And 78 Degrees Fahrenheit At All Times. Should Be Shipped In A Quiet, Well Lighted Area And Kept Away From All Hostilities Or Dangerous Effects. Do Not Allow This Puppy To Interact With Any One. Do Not Reach Into Crate Or Place Anything Within This Crate Other Then Clean Healthy Drinkable Water. Do Not Remove Anything From This Crate At Any Time. Please Do Not Disturb The Occupant. The Occupant Prefers To Sleep As She Is Repairing To meet With Her New Family. Keep All Objects Away From This Crate. Do Not Allow Claws Or Any Sharpe Objects Access To This Crate Or The Ability To Harm This Puppy. Do Not Medicate This Puppy/Dog. Sarah is a 14 year old Jack Russell Terrier mix currently residing in the San Francisco East Bay Area. I need to get her to Jacksonville, FL in late July or early August. Sarah has Addison's Disease which is regulated with a daily pill. I currently do not have a kennel for Sarah, but am willing to get one if necessary.
