I need an experienced person to transport my Great Pyrenees. I have 3 indoor cats that need transporting, but one cat just had 4 kittens. The kittens will be about 4 weeks and need to be kept with her (I can provide kennel large enough.) I am also wanting to bring two outdoor cats, but may be rehoming them, prefer a quote that reflects the cost with and without outdoor cats. So that is 9 cats.... Need references. My sweet Great Pyr mix is around 1.5 years old and I just rescued her this January from the shelter. We have completed a 6 week training course and she is not aggressive. However, because she has anxiety she does tend to bark and is nervous around new friends at first. She warms up rather quickly with pets and a few treats! She is very timid and sweet, but since she has anxiety I don't feel comfortable putting her on a plane. I am moving to Chicago from Dallas but don't have a car and can't move her on my own.I would love to find a ground transport option - that's where you come in! I am looking for someone who has experience with animal transportation. She is semi crate trained, but for her travels she may do better in the back seat or trunk, outside of her crate. She is a large dog, 65-70 lbs so I want to note that the vehicle may need to be an SUV or if it's a sedan it will need to have a larger trunk to accommodate her size. She is fully potty trained and is used to being in a car, but she will need to be frequently let out throughout the trip (around every 4 hours). I will provide her leash, doggie bags, food, treats, chew bone and toys, bed and towels.
