TRADESHOW EQUIPMENT SHIPPING SERVICES

The shipment needs to pick up tomorrow evening and drop off by April 30th at the latest  

 

 

 

Crate is to be transferred from the NRA in Chicago to Los Alamitos, Ca. The crate is large, but is on wheels and easy to manage. The weight/size is an approximation because i do not have full specs until May 4th or 5th  

Please see the picture attached. I brought this for Tradeshow in Orlando and need to take this back to my warehouse in Rockville, MD. The number of items may be less if I could sell them in the market. So, I'll provide you the exact # of product at the time of pickup in Orlando.  

Each kiosk holds 2 computers (in the back and 2 screens in the front). Kiosks are separated from computers and screens. Kiosks are stackable if stored on the side.  

Transportation specialist should have a lift for dropping off the crate at the end destination

Ready to ship 3/12/2013 anytime 8a-5p (if your carrier prefer a different date/time thereafter, we’re flexible during the next week) Origin: Commercial Location with excellent unrestricted access for freight truck but we are without a loading dock or forklift, and need the freight carrier to bring forklift to raise these heavy pallets from ground level. Four separate components being shipped totaling 1,500 lbs including packaging: Item 1: 90 lbs, 252"x9"x3", center poles (bundled); Item 2: 450 lbs, 106"x40"x16", perimeter poles and ropes/web/winches/ratchets (on two 48x40 pallets incl.in dimensions/weight); Item 3: 515 lbs, 48"x44"x12", stakes (on 1 48x40 pallet included); Item 4: 445 lbs, 48"x40"x60", four-section tent top (resting on 1 48x40 pallet included in dimensions/weight; Carrier: from Wilson Point Road go one block past Beech Drive and make right onto Cypress (street right before fire dept) then in 200 feet make another right into Wilson Point Park parking lot and come through to other entrance gate and pull into parking lotto curb adjacent to blue building--call [phone number removed] when 30 minutes away please  

Pick up at our office and deliver to convention hotel. We need the delivery to happen no later than June 10, 2010 and must have delivery confirmation.  

 

I lost you quote and I am interested in using your services. Are you still interested in our trade show shipment. It is only a one way drop. I need to confirm this by Monday.  

 

I live in a gated condo. Unit is in garage at ground level. Will require liftgate or ramp for loading because of its bulk. Unit can be moved with a hand truck by one person quite easily. I've moved it myself locally a few times. Machine can be placed horizontally for easier shipment. I'd like to have it picked up as early as Thursday night 7/23, and at the latest this weekend. July 24-26th  

Tent equipment is currently stored in a truck in Burgaw NC with poles and chairs to move to Houston TX
